Our Team

Sean K. Young – Managing Partner

Sean K. Young is Managing Partner of skyMedia and has more than 30 years of leadership experience building online applications and guiding top-tier companies. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mr. Young’s vision and expertise in user experience and business performance have driven notable growth in the legal, retail and B2B sectors.

Prior to founding skyMedia, Mr. Young was Chief Information Officer for the Kahn Gauthier Law Group (KGLG), where he was responsible for all technology initiatives – including its nationally featured website ClassActionAmerica.com and its marketing division Marketing@law. ClassActionAmerica.com was a leading legal portal that listed and tracked class action litigation for a database of more than three hundred thousand consumers. Mr. Young developed online content management solutions, web-portal and portfolio monitoring solutions for institutional investors and large pension funds, and also provides Internet marketing programs, and lead generation solutions for law firms nationwide.

Mr. Young previously served as a Senior User Experience Consultant for Molecular in Boston, MA., working for clients such as Dun & Bradstreet, Deutsche Bank, United Assets Management, Staples, AT Cross and Fidelity Investments. At Molecular, Mr. Young was responsible for Internet strategic planning, requirements analysis, database architecture, application design and resource planning. Mr. Young has also held technology management positions at several internet consulting firms.

Damian Maher – Senior Software Engineer

Mr. Maher has many years of experience as a software architect, and has designed and implemented complex large-scale software applications in the legal industry. For more than 20 years Mr. Maher has developed products through a multitude of technologies including; C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, HTML, and CSS.

Mr. Maher regularly works to customize Portfolio Monitoring Portal access for institutional investors and pension plan operators who utilize the 1^st Responder Portfolio Monitoring System, and customizes reports, adjusts reporting frequency and establishes claims tracking and processing protocols, among other services.
